Crisp Salted Oatmeal White Chocolate Cookies! 

I found this delicious recipe over at Smitten Kitchen one day last week and just new that I had to try it! While directions say to line the baking sheet with parchment paper, I opted to bake them 3 ways. The first batch was baked on a lightly greased cookie sheet; this cookie was a little dark on the bottom, but not burned, with a slight crust around the bottom edges. The second batch was baked as the directions suggested. I guess they turned out how they were supposed to! (lol) The third, and final batch, was baked directly on the cookie sheet; no “Pam” or parchment paper! They came out just as well as the second batch. Based on the pictures from Smitten Kitchen, i see that I didn’t make the cookie thick enough, but I am absolutely pleased with all 3 of my results. Personally, I love a crunch cookie and these salted oatmeal white chocolate cookies lived up to the CRUNCH!
